Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what you order. You will see the exact cost before you pay.

Made to order

Every VØDE piece is printed after you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Production usually takes a few business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) before your order ships.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Holiday orders

Because everything is made to order, order early for holidays and special dates.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. If you need to ship to a P.O. box, APO/FPO address, Alaska or Hawaii, please email us before ordering.

Late or missing orders

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email us at simmonsholdinggroup@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
